Job Description: Thought-Wired, a leading technology company based in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ, is seeking a part-time Customer Success Associate to join our team.
As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in customer success or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with our products and services.
2.
Provide training and support to customers to help them maximize the value they receive from our solutions.
3.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
4.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
5.
Develop and deliver presentations to customers on product updates and best practices.
6.
Proactively identify and address potential challenges that may impact customer satisfaction.
7.
Assist in the development of customer success strategies and initiatives to drive retention and growth.
Requirements: 1.
Driven and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
2.
Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to problem-solve effectively.
3.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
4.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success or account management.
5.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
6.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
7.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
