Customer Success Associate

Job Description: Rocket Lab is seeking a part-time Customer Success Associate to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ.
As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers by providing exceptional service and support.
This role is perfect for someone who is driven, adaptable, and passionate about customer success.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals - Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and feedback - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of our products - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and deliver presentations to customers on product updates and best practices - Assist with customer onboarding and implementation processes - Monitor customer satisfaction and retention metrics Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 3+ years of experience in customer success or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Driven and adaptable personality traits - People management and presentation skills - Equal Opportunity Statement: Rocket Lab is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to diversity in the workplace.
