Job Description: Qualcomm is seeking a part-time Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Wellington, NZ.
As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
We are looking for someone who is driven, hardworking, and possesses strong analytical and persuasion skills.
Responsibilities: - Assist the Customer Success team in managing customer accounts and relationships - Provide support to customers through various channels, including email, phone, and in-person meetings - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Help develop and implement customer success strategies to drive customer satisfaction and retention - Assist in creating and delivering customer training and onboarding programs - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred Benefits: - Free food - Parental leave - Medical coverage Working Environment: At Qualcomm, we uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity.
