The Role
We're looking for a Customer Team Lead who will work closely with the Customer Experience Manager to deliver top-notch service and support. You'll play a vital role in assisting with workload management, handling customer interactions, and ensuring smooth team operations.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Excellent Customer Service : Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, address their needs, and make sure feedback is heard and acted on.
Team Support and Leadership : Manage escalations, handle decisions on credits and stock issues, and work alongside the Customer Experience Manager to balance team workloads and ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with Other Teams : Coordinate with warehouse staff and sales reps for orders, assist customers over phone, email, and live chat, and process orders in our inventory system.
Order and Delivery Tracking : Follow up with couriers to ensure timely deliveries, maintain website updates, and work to improve the overall customer experience.
