We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Te Puke Store. This is a full-time role.
What you'll get up to: Our clients in Te Puke and surrounding areas need your support! We are looking for a customer-centric individual in our Te Puke store. As a CSR, you'll provide knowledgeable sales advice and service to our customers.
You'll be involved in the day-to-day tasks, such as assisting with stock management and displays, sales processing, and helping clients achieve their desired results. This can be a physical role, so you'll need to be comfortable helping with physical tasks such as lifting feed bags, hitching trailers, and moving stock around the store.
Our ideal person is great with customers from all walks of life and knows how to be part of a team. You'll have safety at the forefront of your mind and ensure that you are representing yourself and PGW in the most professional way possible. Being punctual, reliable, professional, and safety-conscious will set you apart from the crowd - these are non-negotiables for us.
Our wish list of skills and experience: Be a team player but able to work efficiently alone.A full, current and clean New Zealand driver license.Good physical fitness, as regular heavy lifting is required.Fulfilling health and safety requirements and adhering to processes.What's in it for you?
