Description Oji Fibre Solutions is one of New Zealand's leading manufacturers and suppliers of packaging solutions to a wide range of industries throughout the country. Our customers include blue chip manufacturers and marketers of packaging products to the food, primary produce, industrial and grocery sectors.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our busy customer services team based at our Oji Fibre Solutions site in Hornby, Christchurch. If you enjoy a varied role where you are in constant contact with our internal and external stakeholders, then this role could be for you.
You must be a problem-solver, able to juggle multiple tasks whilst delivering superior customer service, all while remaining calm under pressure. This is a fast paced, solution focused manufacturing environment where each call and each day will be different.
Responsibilities include:
Customer service support for key accounts; liaising with key clients from initial ordering stage through to delivery of the product
Supporting the sales team with the onboarding of new SKU's and new customers
Handling varied inbound customer enquiries
Coordinate all artwork setup for the manufacturing process
Data entry of new customer orders
Managing the workload on the plant through effective order management based on available production hours
Proactively managing stock lines with a focus on the management of aged inventory
Ensuring hygienic master data in the ERP system - Kiwiplan
Reporting
Management of the product returns and customer credit process
Ideal attributes and skills:
Previous customer service experience from packaging, manufacturing, printing or FMCG environment is a must
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail with good levels of numeracy and accurate data entry
Strong computer skills using Word, Excel and Outlook
