Customer Services & Operations ConsultantWe are gearing up and searching for people with exceptional customer service skills that aren't afraid of hard work to join our amazing team!Supportive, friendly, and caring cultureEntry level role with training providedStable, global company with opportunity to move internallyAbout the RoleIn this role you will cover both front and back of house, this means you will be required to inspect cars for damages, refuel and assist with the cleaning of our vehicles both interior and exterior to ensure our customers get the best experience.You will also work from our customer counter where you will greet and interact with customers, market products and services, and complete rental transactions, contracts, and bookings.What we are looking for:Full, clean, valid class 1 driver's licence is essential for this role.Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training will be provided).Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.As we operate 7 days a week from 0800 to 2030 each day, you will be required to work during our operating hours as per our rotating roster.
