### **Responsibilities**
- **Customer Support:** Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and assistance with product-related questions, order status, and other services.
- **Issue Resolution:** Identify customer issues and concerns, working collaboratively to resolve them in a timely manner while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Data Entry:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, entering details into the company database while ensuring confidentiality and data security.
- **Communication:** Clearly and effectively communicate with customers, ensuring they feel valued and understood. Foster positive relationships to enhance customer loyalty.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work with team members to share knowledge and resources, promoting a supportive environment that encourages cooperation and teamwork.
- **Feedback Management:** Gather customer feedback and relay any suggestions or recurring issues to management to identify areas for improvement.
- **Training Participation:** Engage in training sessions to develop skills and stay updated on product offerings, policies, and procedures.
- **Performance Tracking:** Participate in regular performance reviews, taking initiative to set personal goals and improve service delivery.
### **Requirements**
**Education & Experience:**
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required as training will be provided.
