Then we are looking for you to be our next Customer Service Consultant superstar and join our Pet Insurance Customer Service Team in Hamilton.We pride ourselves on giving our customers, and their pets, the best experience possible so you will need to be driven, have proven high performance, thrive in an agile environment and be passionate about growing within your role.You will have a professional and proactive nature, coupled with strong attention to detail that enables you to make strong decisions.You will manage an inbound queue and assist our customers with their pets insurance by:Assisting customers with various queries by answering inbound phone callsMaking outbound calls to our customersReplying to online enquiries (emails) from our customersAssisting customers with all aspects of our Southern Cross Pet Insurance websiteEnsuring all forms of contact information for our customers are correct and updated as necessaryHaving a real passion for the care of our customers and their petsWhat we are looking for:2 years Customer Service experience with a great phone mannerA team player with the ability to work collaboratively with individuals and departmentsAn agile mindset along with a flexible and adaptive work ethicAn eye for detail, with the focus to double checking work to ensure accuracyStrong customer focus with outstanding communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality in all dealingsDevelop effective relationships across the organisation with all levels of employeesShows initiative and takes responsibility for own actionsSeeks opportunities to improve work procedures and processesMost of all a lover of all pets big or smallJoin a proud diverse team that's always there, always real, always true.
