Full timeWe're looking for a customer service super star, someone who loves helping our new and existing customers with all their storage needs. Our customers use us because we are friendly, quick to help out and go the extra mile in ensuring our customers' property is secure and safe.We are proudly 100% kiwi owned and operated which means we have a deep understanding of what's important to our people; employees and customers.About the role:This is a full-time permanent position based at our Cook Street branch and working 5 days a week. We have a rotating roster, which gives you every second weekend off, hours are 9-5pm.Responsibilities:Offer exceptional customer service to ensure our customers get the best storage solutions to suit their needsSelling storage solutions and signing up new customers face to face, via email and over the phoneManaging customer invoices and paymentsUndertake regular security checksKeeping facilities clean and tidyYou will be:Experienced with customers and selling solutions in person and over the phoneAble to adapt and think on your feetGreat communicator and team playerConfident with the use of computers using Outlook and WordEnjoy managing your day-to-day work scheduleGreat with detail and focused on getting things rightAble to deal with change, as well as being able to work well with a variety of diverse people.What's in it for you:Working for a well-established 100% Kiwi owned and operated businessGreat team benefits which include health care insurance cover, free storage, discounted packaging and many more!Ongoing Learning and Development for all employeesBe part of a small, friendly teamFree onsite parking #J-18808-Ljbffr
