We are market leaders for truck-mounted specialist equipment for the utilities sector and focus on providing an end-to-end ecosystem of support services to our customers. The Role We need an additional Technical Support expert to join our growing team providing fast and responsive aftersales support to our customers. It involves office-based and on-site work within NZ to provide training, resolve technical issues with our equipment and operate as a resource centre for internal & external customers. Training is provided on our equipment. We need a highly motivated, talented team player with strong customer service, initiative, problem-solving and mechanical expertise. Responsibilities include: Providing operating and technical support training to internal and external customers Customer onboarding and familiarisation training for operators. Providing pre-delivery vehicle testing, calibration and set-up support Technical sales and after-sales parts support Out-of-hours phone breakdown support (shared roster) Travel to support deliveries and onsite training About You About You Dynamic 'can-do' attitude able to work well under pressure and go above and beyond to serve our customers. Mechanical, machine operation and diagnostic experience Proactive, responsive and reliable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build strong customer relationships.
