Customer Service Support Casual as required basis

The key focus for this role is ensuring the Bank achieves its overall objectives by delivering the highest possible standard of quality customer service. As the first point of call for our customers, this role requires a confident person that possesses a professional manner and a positive outlook.

In this role, you can expect to:
Promote Bank services in line with customer needs.
Process all transactions promptly and accurately.
Adhere to all regulatory and legal compliance requirements.
Ensure all security procedures are adhered to.
We are looking for candidates who have:
At least one year experience in hospitality or a retail customer service-related role, preferably in the financial services industry.
Previous banking experience and knowledge is preferable.
Demonstrated a systematic and organised approach to work.
The drive to be a change agent - someone who thrives in a fast-paced changing environment and actively accepts, embeds and reinforces continuous change.
