Cook/ Customer Service

Job descriptions/ responsibilities: ·       Require knife skills for cutting, chopping, and cubing meats, vegetables, and fruits. ·       Prepares, washes, and cuts food to be cooked. ·       Prepare soups and stocks according to specified recipes, ensuring that the right amount of seasoning is used per recipe. ·       Prepare the vegetable stir fry. ·       Marinating the meat items. ·       Multitasks by cooking several different orders simultaneously, ensuring that all items are prepared following customer demand. ·       Able to load and unload meats from a chiller (frozen temperature) ·       Perform predictive, preventative, and regular maintenance on kitchen appliances (e.g., freezers, stoves, ovens). ·       Oversee the cleanliness and sanitisation of kitchen areas, floors, and walls.
