Customer Service Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Fifth Third Bancorp is seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to join our team in a remote work setting in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service roles. We are looking for a resourceful and passionate individual who possesses strong cooperation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, account maintenance, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide solutions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers
- Prioritize understanding and empathy in all interactions with customers

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service roles
- Resourceful and passionate individual
- Strong cooperation and presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
