They are a dynamic business committed to delivering exceptional service.About The RoleWe are seeking Customer Service Specialists to join the business on a temporary project for 2 months. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for their business clients.Responsibilities IncludeAssisting the onboarding of customers via phone & email.Providing accurate information and support to resolve customer inquiries.Following established protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.Problem-solving and providing feedback when needed.Liaising with internal teams as required.Start Date: As this is a temporary role, ideal candidates will be available immediately or on short notice.Days/ Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm (40 hours per week).About YouThe ideal candidates will have experience in a similar position and confidence with communication, as well as:Proven experience in a similar client service role.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow processes effectively.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.BenefitsGreat location – East Tamaki.Competitive hourly rate + 8% Holiday pay.Work with Madison recruitment and get yourself across other opportunities like this!Start work ASAP.This role will not be around for long, so if you want to join a company that is really going places, then APPLY today.
