About The Role

We are seeking Customer Service Specialists to join the business on a temporary project for 2 months. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for their business clients.
Responsibilities Include
Assisting the onboarding of customers via phone & email.
Providing accurate information and support to resolve customer inquiries.
Following established protocols and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
Problem-solve and provide feedback when needed.
Liaise with internal teams as required.
Start Date: As this is a temporary role, ideal candidates will be available immediately or on short notice.
Days/Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm (40 hours per week)
About You

The ideal candidates will have experience in a similar position and confidence with communication. As well as:
Proven experience in a similar client service role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow processes effectively.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
