Customer Service - Sales Support

Full Time - 4 Month Term Contract (3 June to 4 October 2024)We need a client service champion to cover this role for the four month period. The focus of the role is to lead the client services function, and assist with the sales activities of Flower Systems:To ensure Customers receive excellent service and supportManaging customer sales orders and liaising with the Warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of ordersAssisting the Sales Manager with the selling of product in our Auckland ShowroomThe Ideal Candidate:Passionate about people with a strong commitment to providing a high standard of customer serviceSelf motivated with demonstrated organisation skills and ability to prioritise tasksHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailExperience with Microsoft Suite programmesSome relevant experience in; client services, admin or salesGreat verbal and written English skills are essentialAbout Flower SystemsWe are an importer and distributor of quality, Artificial Flowers & Greenery, Xmas items and Decor.
