What will you be doing?
We have an exciting opportunity on offer for our next Customer Service Representative to join our fun and welcoming team in our BNT, Pukekohe Branch.
You'll be responsible for giving our customers exceptional service, which includes answering any questions, processing orders, and most importantly, building rapport and strong relationships with our customers.
You'll also play a critical part in ensuring the branch's success in meeting its targets by maximizing every customer interaction and making the most of opportunities to upsell!

Experience within a customer service environment, ideally within a trades or automotive industry.
You'll be a natural when it comes to connecting, building rapport, and establishing relationships with customers and team members.
Organized and proactive in your approach to work; your character sees solutions, not problems.
