Based at the PostShop in Strathallan Street , we are looking for a Customer Service Officer to deliver an exceptional level of customer service to manage inquiries, requests, or concerns from customers at our front counters and by phone. You'll champion our products and services, provide suggestions, and access information for our customers. Each day is busy and varied and will see you developing your problem-solving skills. The needs of our customers are ever-changing and happening faster every day – our team needs to be one step ahead of these changes and act quickly.

What we need from you:
Be available to work Wednesday 12pm-5pm, Thursday 10am-2pm, and Fridays 10am-2pm
Problem-solving skills - someone who can think on the fly and find the best outcomes!
Administration and data entry skills
Confidence to interact with people from all backgrounds face to face, phone, and email
