In this role you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, while supporting existing internal and external stakeholders.
This is a part-time 20 hour week position, reporting to the Customer Service Manager.
You will also work closely with the wider sales and operations teams.
The responsibilities of this role include:Being the go-to for our customer queries and orders whether on the phone or emailEffective data entry and systems management to ensure orders and credits are placed in a timely and accurate way.Providing key information and insights to our sales, manufacturing and distribution teams.
Dealing with ad-hoc and unexpected requests in a positive and professional manner, such as delivery/transport issuesAbout you:We are after that special someone who is customer-focused, a natural at building relationships with a diverse group of people and possesses exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
We will be impressed by your attention to detail, ability to prioritise tasks, excellent at time management, and confidence using computers and any ERP systems, especially SAP.
