Customer Service Representative - Mico Whangarei

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this is a varied role that will see you involved in mainly delivering our products directly to the customer, however you will also be serving our customer on the Trade counter. You will be ensuring products are organised and ready for delivery. Working behind the Trade Counter, you'll ensure that our customers, who are made up of tradies, businesses and homeowners, are greeted with a cheerful smile and exceptional service. The greatest focus of our teams is to work together with our customers to support them to keep their businesses on the go! This is a permanent, full-time role, working Mondays – Friday, 8am-4:30pm. About you: To shine in this role, you'll bring your customer-focused attitude and great work ethic to the business. Be a confident driver, physically fit and be Health and Safety conscious, as the role does involve manual handling and heavy lifting. A current Full Class 1 drivers' licence is preferred. Would consider candidates on restricted licence if they are confident drivers. Forklift licence is preferred but not essential for this role. Our Whangarei team work collaboratively and so your strong teamwork and interpersonal skills are essential to this role. The ability to build rapport and relationships should be your strength and you'll be IT savvy and able to learn new systems.
