Service Delivery Driver & Customer Service

We are recruiting for a motivated and reliable service delivery driver for one of our well-established clients. Are you someone who can provide high-end customer service while working to a set delivery route from Whangarei to North Harbour? In this autonomous role, you will take responsibility for your customers and their products.

This role is based out of the Whangarei branch, and your main responsibility is to provide professional customer service and build relationships with premium customers. This delivery route requires an early start, and in return, you will have an early finish, working 4 days a week (including most public holidays).

Competitive hourly training rate.

Salary (upon completion of training) is commission rate based, working on an average of 45 – 50 hours per week.

Full product and service delivery training and plenty of support from the rest of the team.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Full clean New Zealand class 1 driver license.

Collecting & delivery of various items.

Providing efficient communication to customers, ensuring requests are followed through to the highest standard.

The role is physical; you will need to be fit, healthy, and ready for hard work.

Ability to think on your feet and follow instructions and the flexibility to change as you go.
