Qualifications for Customer Service Representative: Candidate must hold high school diploma and previous experience in customer service role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with diverse audience effectively. Intermediate level of Microsoft products including Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Outlook and Ms Teams. Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative: Candidate is responsible to provide exceptional administrative support to the customers.
