Fundamentally, these roles involve:
Delivering a high standard of customer service both over phone and email.Providing resolution and information via phone and email to the public.Responding to queries in a timely and professional manner.Performing administrative tasks effectively and efficiently.Receiving inbound calls.About You:
Previous experience in a call centre or administration role isn't required, just a natural interest in people & administration. We are looking for people with:
