Café Anatolia is a growing cafe chain with 12 branches throughoutthe North Island. We have an excellent reputation for fresh, healthyand Turkish cuisine made to order for our customers. We serve over14000 customers in a week with a team of over 110 employees in thegroup.
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Customer ServiceRepresentatives to join our Café Anatolia team at our Te Awamutu Store.
This role focuses on delivering excellent service to customers andupholding Café Anatolia standards, with core duties including: takingorders, cash handling, offering loyalty programme, food & drinkpreparation, serving customers and cleaning.
Requirements What you will bring: Reliability, flexibility and a willingness to learn A commitment to satisfying company and quality standards The ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure Experience in the retail or hospitality industry. This requirement may be waived for applicants with the right attitude. Extensive on the job training will be provided. Barista skills and experience are desired Hours of Work These are a range of casual, part-time and full-time positions available.
We are open seven days and require applicants to be available for a range of lunch and dinner shifts across the entire week, including public holidays and weekends.
What we are offering: Competitive remuneration reflective of your skills and experience, with a base hourly rate between $21.50 to $23 per hour (Gross) Full-Time eligible employees will have the option to complete Level-3/ Level-4 qualification in Hospitality/Business funded by the business.
