The Role We're seeking a Customer Service representative in Nelson to support our marketing efforts and sales team.
This full-time role is ideal for someone with both marketing and customer service experience, offering the chance to engage with customers while showcasing your digital marketing skills.
Key Responsibilities * Customer Engagement: * Support customers via phone, email, and in-person to meet their needs and ensure satisfaction.
* Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and product knowledge.
* Couter sale support.
* Marketing Coordination & Content Creation: * Update marketing materials like catalogues and buyers' guides.
* Keep website content current; coordinate with developers on updates and issues.
* Design prochures and print media.
* Support social media, digital campaigns, and email communications.
* Create regular EDMs, gather testimonials, and produce case studies.
* Maintain fresh content on blogs, social media, and website.
* Sales Support & Administration: * Provide administrative support to the sales team and assist on projects to enhance customer experience.
What We're Looking For * Proven experience in a customer service or administration role.
* Interest in marketing, with basic content design skill-set.
* Strong writing skills for engaging and compelling storytelling across different mediums.
* Skilled in content creation tools with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
* Friendly, team-oriented, and ready to pitch in across the business when needed.
* Previous experience in customer-facing roles or sales support is a plus.
