Customer Service Representative Stratford
Permanent, part-time, 20 hours per week
Hours are Monday to Friday 10am – 2pm
About the role
The key objective for this role is to deliver the highest possible standard of quality customer service by assisting customers with our products and services that meet their needs.

In this role, you can expect to:
Ensure the highest possible standard of quality customer service is delivered.
Adhere to all regulatory and legal compliance requirements.
Ensure all security procedures are followed, and all cash and bank records are maintained securely.
We are looking for candidates who have:
The ability to build lasting relationships with customers and team members.
A systematic, organised approach to work.
At least one year's experience in a hospitality or retail customer service-related position.
To be a change agent - someone who thrives in a fast-paced changing environment and actively accepts, embeds, and reinforces continuous change.
