This is a varied role working across the whole branch that will see you focused on Customer Deliveries, but also involved in sales on the Trade Counter, Cycle Counting, Inwards Goods and, Stocking and Rotating products on shelves, Loading / Unloading products and whatever else is necessary within the branch.Ensure that our customers, who are made up of trades, businesses, and homeowners, are greeted with a cheerful smile and exceptional service.Support the team in inventory management, inwards goods and doing deliveries.Ensuring products are organised and ready for delivery.Accurately checking and receipting products into our systems.This is a permanent full-time role, offering 37.5 hours a week. Working Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm with rostered Saturdays.About you:To shine in this role, you'll bring a customer-focused attitude and strong work ethic to the business and be prepared to work closely and flexibly with the rest of our team. Our team work collaboratively and so your strong teamwork skills are essential to this role. Alongside this, you also possess the following:A Full New Zealand drivers' licence is essential. A forklift experience and licence are advantageous.There will be manual handling and heavy lifting required so you'll need to be physically fit.Plumbing or drainage knowledge/experience is ideal but not essential.Proven experience in customer service, retail sales or hospitality environment/inward goods/Warehousing.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport to support our valued customers.Be confident with computers and learning new systems.Please note: A pre-employment medical, including drug test and criminal background check is required, as well as the legal right to work in NZ indefinitely.We are proud of the incredible diversity of people who make up our business!
