Reporting to our fantastic Customer Service Team Leader, you will:

Provide customer service excellence.

Develop and maintain strong internal and external customer relationships.

Add value by getting involved in process improvements.

Pro-actively inform and update customers.

Complete administrative duties when required.

We're seeking someone who is passionate about people, with a positive attitude. Additionally, you will have:

One year of experience in a similar role.

A passion for helping people.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Positive vibes.

Solutions-oriented mindset.

Good computer literacy and data entry skills.

Experience with Genesys Purecloud and/or Salesforce (preferred).
