Customer Service Representative - East Tamaki
Fixed Term contract until March 2025
Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 16:30Salary: $26.84 per hourWe are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will deliver an exceptional level of customer service to our customers by resolving enquiries and providing solutions. This role is based at our Auckland Operations Centre in East Tamaki.
In this dynamic role you will:
Communicate clearly with all our customers in a calm and professional manner, including managing complaintsAssess and rewrap damaged items and record the information in our systemManage damaged freight queriesLift up to 25kgProvide information and support regarding NZ Post products and servicesDevelop and maintain productive working relationships with customers and fellow staff alikeSome of the key things you'll possess to successfully perform this role include:
Proven experience in customer service or retail to deal with a diverse range of customer queries (this is a face-to-face position)Comfortable with a physical role (you will lift up to 25kgs)A willingness to learn and take on board our policies and proceduresComfort using new systems and processesStrong communication skills to engage our customers, discuss products and services that they need, and provide solutions.This is a job where you really contribute to our business and our customers' experience.
