Customer Service Representative (HIGHBROOK) Metro Performance Glass is New Zealand's leading supplier of flat glass to the building industry; we pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and service, focusing on our customers' needs and our ability to lead the market.
We like our customers to feel like they're number one and top of our list of priorities and to do that, we need an outgoing and confident Customer Services person to join our team based in Highbrook.
This is where You come in!
Looking after our customers, this role will see you handling enquiries, taking and processing orders, answering emails and liaising with our customers mainly over the phone. It's a varied role and needs someone who is confident dealing with a wide variety of people and has the ability to build strong working relationships.
So who are you?
Whilst previous experience in customer services is important to us, so too is your ability to build a rapport with a wide range of personalities. Ultimately, you're outgoing with a good sense of humor and are highly customer-focused. A confident communicator, you are also competent when it comes to data/order entry and thrive in a busy role.
