Customer Service Representative – Graveyard Shift

We are looking for a customer service super star to join a growing team for the overnight shift.
The role: Work in a fast-paced phone-based team taking inbound calls and offering a memorable experience to the customers you encounter.
Day to day you will be: Actively listening to customer needs; providing them with effective solutions to queriesUpdating customer details and using multiple databases and systemsEscalating calls to the appropriate internal teams and providing administrative assistanceBeing an active team player, participating in team meetings and contributing towards the overall success of the businessEliminating stress and providing certainty for customers during the call The hours and location: The offices are conveniently located in Penrose, walking distance to the Penrose train station.
There is also free parking provided onsite.
Overnight shifts run from 11 PM to 7 AM, with a total of 40 hours per week scheduled between Monday and Sunday Please note, you must have availability to complete a portion of the training period during daytime hours.
