About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, professional team player who is passionate about delivering an exceptional level of customer service. Your effective communication skills will be key to success in this role. We handle nearly 100,000 enquiries from customers every year and are here 365 days per year helping Kiwi's and visitors from all over the world experience one of New Zealand's most iconic journeys.
Hours of operation - rotating roster, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week (Including Public Holidays). Shifts will rotate between 8:00am – 5:00pm and 9:00am – 6:00pm.
Please note - This is a Full-Time Fixed term contract for the summer period ending 1st February 2025.
What you'll do
Respond to customer queries through a variety of interaction channels e.g. phone, email or other
Follow client processes and procedures in line with service requirements
Take ownership of customer inquiries and provide timely solutions to meet customer and client needs
Acquire, maintain and expand knowledge relevant to service offerings
Active participation in all training sessions and team meetings
Adherence to all company Policies and Procedures
