Fundamentally, These Roles Involve: Delivering a high standard of customer service Providing resolution and information via phone and email to the public Responding to queries in a timely and professional manner Performing administrative tasks effectively and efficiently Receiving inbound calls About You: Previous experience in a call centre or administration role isn't required, just a natural interest in people & administration.
