Job Description Customer Service Representatives have some of the friendliest faces you'll see at the counter in your local Z store.
CSRs get the daily fun and excitement of working with our loyal customers, other dedicated station staff, passionate Z operations managers, and an experienced Retailer.
Our most valuable CSRs go out of their way to make sure they show the Z Factor to each and every customer, day in and day out.
It's this level of detail to service that keeps our customers coming back.
Qualifications As a trusted Z CSR, you'll handle cash, keep the store fully stocked, clean and tidy, and solve any problems that arise.
You might have to give a hand to help out with food and drinks when needed, so you'll have high standards of health and safety, housekeeping, and product quality.
