Our customer is at the forefront of our vision, and as a customer service representative in our e-commerce team, your care, empathy and knowledge will be centric to your role. You will be an excellent and effective communicator, working across online chat platforms and email to deliver timely and concise responses to our customer. Time management, and the ability to work collaboratively working to our one team model will be at the forefront of your mind as well as your attention to detail and of course, patience. Please note, this is a 7 month maternity cover contract, based in our Auckland Airport Oaks support office.

What you will do?
Provide exceptional customer service for our customers through email and live chat
Process customer returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds
Monitor and share customer feedback through external platforms
Support the eCommerce team with product & pricing queries, and keeping our knowledge base updated
Help to improve and optimise the operations of the Customer Service team
What would make you successful?
Previous experience in a contact centre, customer service role or in a retail setting
Sound computer literacy skills across Microsoft 365
A quick learner, with demonstrated ability to use initiative and problem solve
Ability to identify our products and assist customers in the buying journey (training will be provided)
