Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, engaging with them face-to-face, over the phone, and via email. In addition to providing exceptional customer service, you will assist with the dispatch of orders to ensure timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: Interact with customers in person, over the phone, and via email to address inquiries and resolve issues. Provide accurate information about products and services.
