We also provide training and ongoing operational support to our customers across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.To assist us in providing outstanding support service to our customers and our team, we now require someone to join us in Tauranga. This position will be part-time initially to allow for training, increasing to full-time in 2025 to fill in for one of our staff who will be on parental leave, with an approximate return date of 17th July 2025.We are looking for a friendly, approachable, and confident individual with a high level of professionalism. You must be a creative problem solver with a can-do attitude who can get things done efficiently. As this is a varied role, you must also be punctual and able to prioritise your workload well.What can we offer you?:A fun, social team environmentParking available onsiteLunches providedTraining providedSome flexibility on hoursThis role will involve ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, including working with a small team to provide support for customer service, operations, administration and marketing as required.Duties of the role will include, but will not be limited to:Providing customer and team support, by phone, email or face-to-face, and using the HubSpot CRM systemManaging stock movements, contracts, invoices etc using OdooLiaising with suppliers and placing ordersManaging logistics arrangements e.g. freight, couriersAdministering the INTAKS Health & Safety systemAssisting with general operational administrative duties as requiredOur ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:Be self-motivated with excellent time management and organisational skillsAble to work independently or in a teamDetail-oriented with proficient written and verbal communication skillsBe proactive, able to adapt and to improviseHave emotional intelligence and steadfast composureExcellent digital literacy in e.g. CRM system, Microsoft Office SuiteDriver's licenseFirst-aid certificateThis is a fixed-term position to cover a period of parental leave, working Monday to Friday, 20 hours a week - 4 hours daily, then increasing to 40 per week from approximately 13 January 2025 until the end 17th July 2025.
