We are searching for a top-notch customer service and operations agent, or what we call a Rental Operations Agent, to ensure our customers receive excellent customer service at our Queenstown location.
Fixed Term until end January 2025 contract available Working Part-time (24 hours per week) Based 2 minutes away from the Queenstown Airport Supportive, friendly, and caring culture About the Role From our customer counter, you will greet and interact with customers, market products and services, complete rental transactions, contracts and bookings, process payments, resolve customer queries/disputes, and do daily reporting.
To ensure our customers always get the best experience, you will also be required to inspect vehicles for damages, drive vehicles between locations, assist with fleet management, and assist with the cleaning of our vehicles from time to time.
What we are looking for: Preferably looking for someone with a minimum of 3 months working experience in the car rental industry (highly advantageous), but any previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service, or similar roles will be needed.
Full , clean, valid class 1 driver's licence .
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information (training will be provided).
Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.
We operate 7 days a week, 8 am to 8 pm, where you will be required to work as per our rotating roster for your part-time 24-hour per week role that could include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
