About the roleThe Customer Service Officer role is a Full-time position, based at Penrose, New Zealand.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager you will play an essential role in representing our business!
Customers are the key to our continued success and this role will assist our team in providing an excellent customer experience every time!
If you are seeking an innovative industry, with engaging customer experiences and a sense of accomplishment this is the role for you.In this role you will : Undertake administration duties, Trade Counter and assisting with the CWS (Custom Walls Solutions) orders and enquiries, CRM entries + management, and reporting.
Providing excellent customer service by phone, email, and face to face at our Trade Counter.
Processing orders promptly and accurately.
Providing sales and support using your product knowledge.
Keeping customers updated and informing them of order updates.
Other general administration / trade shop duties as required.
Hours of work : Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.
Some days you may be required to start earlier.
What you bring to the role Have high energy and enthusiasm with exceptional communication skills.
Be passionate about customer service with suitable experience to match.
Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills, SAP experience desirableWe strive to support your professional and personal growth.
