We have a part-time position that sits within our Community Experience & Services team, working across Te Takeretanga o kura-hau-pó and our other community facilities, Te Awahou Nieuwe Stroom and Shannon Library. This role will provide customer service for both external and internal customers by receiving and responding to all enquiries and requests in person and by phone. You will be receiving and processing payments over the counter and providing support and administration services to the community and wider Council.

Hours: 10 hours per week
Drawing from your experience in a customer-facing role, you'll bring confident communication skills and the ability to connect with everyone you encounter. You're driven to provide top-notch service, quickly resolve issues, and take decisive action when needed. Experience in cash handling would be an advantage.
