Customer Service Officer

With operations stretching from Northland to Fiordland, we are on the lookout for a highly motivated and self-driven Customer Service Officer based out of our Marlborough office.
Are you passionate about helping others and providing exceptional service? We're looking
for a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team on a fixed-term contract of up to 20
hours per week.
 
Key Responsibilities:
? Respond to customer inquiries about campgrounds and bookings
? Manage bookings through our online platform
? Liaise with customers and camp owners/managers
? Provide routine reporting to camp stakeholders
? Handle general office duties related to customer service

? Flexible, self-motivated, reliable, and organized individuals
? Availability to work weekends and during the holiday period
? Ability to work from home or our Blenheim office
