About the role Be the face of Unity, delivering exceptional customer service face-to-face and over the phone by assisting Kiwis with their everyday financial needs and goals. A "normal" day in our branches would see you processing cash withdrawals, deposits, and transfers, opening accounts, and answering queries regarding Unity's products and services, among other tasks. Hours of work will cover 40 hours per week between the hours of 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday-Friday. You'll be joining a close-knit team who like to have fun while serving our members!
