The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join the team at East Tamaki, Auckland. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing up-to-date information about their repairs and instilling confidence that the customer has left their car in very capable hands. In addition to that, this role will include (but not be limited to): Role responsibilities Ensuring the environment is always customer-friendly. Checking in all customers as they present for their assessment. Providing a caring and professional service during all customer interactions. Managing the customer return to collect the vehicle once repairs are completed and addressing any concerns. Does this sound like you? Have previous experience in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment. Strive to achieve a positive customer experience in every interaction. Have high attention to detail. Be organized and have exceptional time management skills. Build rapport in person as well as over the phone. Work well in a team.
