Job Description:
Quest Diagnostics is seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer to join our team in Auckland, NZ. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and patients. This role requires a high level of adaptability and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner.
2. Assist customers with scheduling appointments, obtaining test results, and resolving any issues or concerns.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
5. Utilize emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and provide personalized solutions.
6. Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement in our services.
7. Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
3. Demonstrated emotional intelligence and the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy.
4. Analytical skills to identify patterns and trends in customer interactions.
5. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
