Based in Christchurch's Cavendish Business Park, we're looking for a full-time, short-term Customer Service / Office Administrator with a friendly, can-do attitude to: Assist our wonderful customers via phone, email, social media and live chat.Work with our warehouse team regarding customer order changes and updates.
Provide support with website administration and general computer work.The successful candidates must: Have an action orientated, fun and friendly disposition.
Delight in providing exceptional customer service at pace.Be a very competent computer user, with great working knowledge of MS Office (esp Word and Excel).
Be well organised, trustworthy and conscientious.Have initiative, the ability to multitask and be able to work unsupervised when required.Be able to work under pressure while still maintaining composure.
Have outstanding attention to detail and great follow-through.Some past experience in customer service or office administration would be ideal.
Full training will be provided on the job.
The position is full time for 2 months until Christmas (20th Dec).
Hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm.
