Job Description: XPO Logistics is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in customer service management. Responsibilities:- Manage a team of remote customer service representatives, overseeing daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service delivery.- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.- Analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.- Train and onboard new team members to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality service.- Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner. Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a remote team.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Resourceful and able to work independently.- Attention to detail and a focus on innovation.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
