Job Description: Computer Sciences is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Customer Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Hamilton, Waikato, New Zealand.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a customer service management role, with a mid-to-senior level of seniority.
Responsibilities: 1.
Manage a team of remote customer service representatives, providing leadership, guidance, and support.
2.
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
3.
Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
4.
Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
5.
Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience.
6.
Develop and deliver training programs to improve the skills and performance of the customer service team.
7.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management.
Requirements: 1.
8+ years of experience in a customer service management role.
2.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
3.
Motivated and confident personality traits.
4.
Emotional intelligence and research skills.
5.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
6.
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
