Joshua Motors is located in Grey Lynn, Auckland.
We are your one-stop shop for Panel & Paint, WOF, Service, Mechanical & Electrical repairs, and courtesy cars are available.
We now need one Customer Service Manager to provide top-class service to our client.
This is a full-time job with guaranteed hours of 30 hours per week.
The salary range is $29.66 to $30.00     The job involves the following tasks and duties:  ·       Developing and evaluating policies, programs, and procedures to enhance customer relations and the quality of goods and services offered.
·       Ensuring smooth and efficient operations of the customer service function of the business ·       Providing guidance and constructive feedback to team members in the customer service process ·       Planning and executing after-sales services to monitor customer satisfaction, ensure the performance of purchased goods and services, and make improvements to services.
·       Coordinating with other stakeholders and customers to understand and meet customer expectations.
To qualify for the job: You need to have at least 3 years of work experience in the business area, or a Diploma or above qualification in business, or a Bachelor's Degree in any major.
You need to have good communication skills and customer service skills You should have good interpersonal skills in order to coordinate duties in the business   If you think you are the right one, do not hesitate to send us your CV.
