About the RoleFull-time position - 40 hours per week across Monday to FridayManage your own Customer Service teamManage the day-to-day administrative operationsRecruit, manage and develop a team of high performing staffBuild and maintain relationships with each key stakeholder group (investors, key learning institutions and body corporate)Working with Property Manager Operations in relation to leasingOngoing management of the apartments including inspections and maintenance requestsManage the property's day to day financial performanceWork with Property Manager Operations on the accounting of rent and owner paymentsWork with Property Manager Operations to ensure fluid communication with owners and body corporateMaintain the property to the highest level of cleanliness and presentationPrepare and provide any reports for senior management as requestedBe an active member of the emergency response team during shift timesAbout YouPrevious leadership experience in the accommodation industryExperience with leasing and property management (highly regarded)Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to problem solve & manage conflictA focus on service and quality with the passion to deliver outstanding experiencesNZ Police Vetting (required)Why UniLodgeUniLodge specialise in student accommodation and have been an industry market leader since 1996.
